Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods

1.1. Fiordland Souvenirs Limited ("the Seller") ships goods via Post Haste or New Zealand Couriers.
1.2. Standard delivery is by a two-day courier service; however, express overnight shipping may be used at the Seller’s discretion.

2. Freight Charges

2.1. Freight charges are calculated automatically at the time of purchase based on the weight and dimensions of the order.
2.2. In cases where the automatic freight calculation is incorrect due to discrepancies in box sizes or weights, the Seller reserves the right to adjust freight charges.
2.3. For retail customers, the Buyer will be notified of any additional freight charges before shipment, and the order will not be dispatched until the additional charges have been confirmed and paid.
2.4. For wholesale customers, the Seller will proceed with shipment and add the adjusted freight charges to the Buyer’s invoice.

3. Dispatch and Tracking

3.1. Once goods are dispatched, the Seller will provide tracking details to the Buyer where available.
3.2. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is provided at the time of purchase. The Seller is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

4. Delivery Timeframes

4.1. The Seller aims to deliver goods within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
4.2. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

5. Risk of Loss

5.1. Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the specified address. The Seller is not liable for any loss or damage to goods after they have been delivered.

6. International Shipping

6.1. At present, the Seller does not ship goods outside New Zealand.
